A local councillor has called for Keir Starmer to "go now" as he says the Prime Minister is "damaging Britain every day he remains in Number 10."

Sir Keir abandoned plans to cancel local elections after being told the initial postponement could be deemed illegal.

Speaking on GB News, councillor and Chairman of the Broxbourne Conservatives Paul Mason said he feels "vindicated" by the government’s latest U-turn.
