Sir Keir Starmer has promised change as he outlined his government’s "milestones" but dodged questions about why migration was not one of the six on his list.
Quizzed on why it was not, Sir Keir told Sky News’ political editor Beth Rigby that migration needs to come down and it is their "duty" to ensure it’s reduced.
