KNBC anchor announces their chopper crashed on air

KNBC anchor Colleen Williams confirmed on air that a news helicopter providing coverage for the station had crashed in a Los Angeles suburb. Three people were determined dead on the scene and at least two others were injured and transported to a hospital, officials said late Tuesday.
