The terrorism case against the Kneecap rapper Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh has been thrown out – because of a technical error.
The musician, who performs under the stage name Mo Chara, was charged in May after allegedly displaying a flag in support of the proscribed terror organisation Hezbollah at a North London gig.
The magistrate at Woolwich Crown Court found that the proceedings had not been instituted in the correct form.
