The Northern Irish rap trio Kneecap have said the terror offence charge against one of its members is "political policing".
Liam O’Hanna, whose stage name is Mo Chara, was charged by the Met Police last night after allegedly displaying a flag supporting Hezbollah at a gig in London in November last year.
The band say they will "vehemently contest" what they said is a "political charge". They also deny supporting Hezbollah.
