The South Korean capital of Seoul has been hit by record November snowfall for 100 years.

Up to 20 centimetres of snow fell in some places, disrupting traffic and forcing hundreds of flights to be cancelled. Emergency teams were deployed to clear up fallen trees and forecasters warn snow would continue across most of the country until noon tomorrow.
