Kosovo and Serbia: No EU membership without normalizing relations | DW News

Brussels is hosting the leaders of six Western Balkan nations today to discuss their prospects of EU membership. Among them are Kosovo and Serbia whose strained relations have been a stumbling block and have already taken up ten years of negotiations with the EU.
