Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik has told Sky News that her "heart is just breaking" after a "massive" Russian attack on Kyiv killed at least 15 people, including a two-year-old child.
Ms Rudik said those killed had "paid for the illusions that some Western leaders still have that you can talk to Putin."
She went on to ask that Trump and European leaders "stand strong" with Ukraine by helping to increase air missile systems and impose more sanctions on Russia.
