Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, said US support for Ukraine had not been ‘shattered’ after Congress passed a short-term funding bill to avert a government shutdown that excluded aid for Ukraine. Kuleba told reporters in Kyiv: ‘We don’t feel that the US support has been shattered and we … because the United States understands that what is at stake in Ukraine is much bigger than just Ukraine’.
