Labour councillor calls Farage ‘disgraceful’

Labour councillor Chris Foote-Wood calls Nigel Farage’s warning to get rid of civil servants working on climate change and diversity initiatives "disgraceful."

Speaking at a celebration event in County Durham, the Reform party leader told those civil servants to "seek alternative careers very, very quickly."

Foote-Wood is one of four Labour councillors left on Durham County Council after Reform UK won more than half of the seats.
