LAFD issue evacuation orders for new Kenneth brush fire

The Los Angeles fire department has issued another mandatory evacuation order for a new brushfire, named the Kenneth fire. Law enforcement officials are also working to issue a curfew for affected burn zones in Los Angeles, in order to combat looting, though it is unclear when it will go into effect.
