Hezbollah and Israel continue to fire at each other, with rockets intercepted near the Israeli city of Haifa and the number of people killed by air strikes on Lebanon passing 700 since Monday.

One Israeli strike killed nine members of a family near the border this morning, even as Benajamin Netanyahu said Israel will discuss ceasefire proposals. Hospitals are struggling to cope.
