But age catches up with us all – and at 65, the legendary DJ Pete Tong is suffering the effects of a lifetime immersed in ear drum-busting beats.
Ten years ago he was diagnosed with hearing loss in one ear.
He is now working with Boots Hearingcare to help those he calls "relapsed ravers" – people of his generation who enjoyed ‘aving it large on a Friday night.
