Sky News’ Yousra Elbagir is in Derna, Libya – where residents of the town say that no one ever told them of the risk of the dam collapsing after heavy rainfall from Cyclone Daniel.
More than 11,000 people have died in the town of Derna, with the search continuing for thousands more nearby. People in the area had little option but to watch water levels rise and "tear their town apart", says Yousra.
