Salima Elzouki grew up in the Libyan city of Derna and still has family there.
She broke down in tears as she described losing her cousin, in-laws, and friends in the disaster – and some loved ones are still missing.
Salima described Derna as a "beautiful city", set on the sea with a view of the mountains.
