LIVE: Court to decide if boy who killed man, 80, should have longer than 7-year sentence | ITV News

Court of Appeal to review the sentence of a teenage boy who was convicted of the manslaughter of 80-year-old Bhim Kohli.

The Solicitor General has referred the sentence to the Court of Appeal under the unduly lenient sentence scheme. The boy is also seeking to appeal against the sentence.
