Shadow Chancellor Andrew Griffith addresses the Conservative Party conference in Birmingham to outline his plans for the UK economy.
Griffith is expected to unveil a plan for “the biggest deregulation project in a generation”.
The stand out policies include making houses more affordable, abolishing Natural England and the Environment Agency, supporting the construction of a third runway at Heathrow Airport, and cutting taxes and "red tape".
