Liverpool parade collision: driver acted alone, incident not treated as terror, police say

Merseyside police say a 53-year-old British man who ploughed his minivan into a crowd of Liverpool fans celebrating the team’s Premier League championship acted alone. They are not looking for anyone else and the incident is not being treated as terrorism.
