Liverpool parade latest update – “This is not being treated as a terrorist incident”

BREAKING: Merseyside Police has stated that there was no intelligence to indicate that an incident of this nature would occur, and it is not being treated as a terrorist incident.

In a recent update, Merseyside Police reported that 65 people were injured in yesterday’s incident. The suspect was able to follow an ambulance onto Water Street while the crew was responding to a member of the public who was reportedly having a heart attack.
