The Lloyds Banking Group has launched an investigation after some customers using the Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland apps said they had been able to see other people’s transactions on their accounts.

The bank has apologised and said the issue was quickly resolved.
Some users said they had been able to see activities like wage and benefit payments and direct debits. It’s not clear how many people have been affected.
