Los Angeles first responders describe ‘chaotic scene’ after vehicle strikes crowd

Officials from the Los Angeles Police and Fire Departments described to CNN’s Julia Vargas Jones the "very chaotic scene" in East Hollywood after a vehicle drove into a crowd outside a nightclub early Saturday.
