Lucy Letby: Countess of Chester hospital to be investigated for corporate manslaughter

Police in Cheshire say they’re investigating whether there’s a case to bring a corporate manslaughter charge against the hospital where nurse Lucy Letby murdered seven babies and attempted to kill six others.

Letby was jailed in August for the crimes committed in the Countess of Chester Hospital’s neonatal baby unit.
