An independent inquiry will be held into the circumstances between the murders and attempted murders by Lucy Letby.
Health Secretary Steve Barclay said he was sending his deepest sympathies to those affected.
Mr Barclay also added that this incoming inquiry will seek to ensure the "parents and families impacted get the answers they need."
