Over in Venezuela, his ally Delcy Rodríguez has been sworn in as the new interim president.
Rodríguez has already made a plea to Donald Trump saying, "our peoples and our region deserve peace and dialogue, not war".
Meanwhile Trump has told the press "we’re in charge" and has warned Rodriguez she could "pay a very big price" if she "doesn’t do what’s right."
