Sky’s Deputy Political Editor Sam Coates has obtained a 50-page bundle of presentations, strategy ideas and policy submissions drawn up in April in an attempt to keep Starmer in power.
It failed – and Andy Burnham entered Number 10 in July – but much of what was drawn up in that document lived on, raising the question about whether Burnham is more of a continuity PM than he presents himself.
