Man charged after suspect entered mosque during Ramadan prayers

A man has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon after a suspect entered a mosque armed with an axe during Ramadan prayers.

Darren Connor has been remanded into custody following an incident at Manchester Central Mosque which was full of worshippers on Tuesday evening.
