Man charged after three-year-old girl killed in crash involving tram and van in Manchester #itvnews

Rawal Rehman, 35, of Lambton Road, Manchester, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. Louisa Palmisano, known as Lulu to her loved ones, died after a van mounted the pavement on Mosley Street in Manchester city centre on Saturday, 22 February.
