Man charged with attempted murder after soldier stabbed in Kent

A 24 year old man has been remanded in custody, after appearing in court over the attempted murder of a uniformed army officer near a barracks in Kent.

Anthony Esan was accused of repeatedly stabbing Lieutenant Colonel Mark Teeton, who is in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
