The US Justice Department has charged a man with the fatal shooting of a pair of Israel embassy aides outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington.
Elias Rodriguez, 31, from Chicago, was charged with two counts of first degree murder.
Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, a young couple who were about to be engaged, were attacked as they left an event at the museum.
