One resident has described the scene in Ashlyn Close, Bushey last night after three women were found with serious injuries inside a house.
Derek Turner told Sky News around 10 police cars pulled up outside the house at 7pm, and he knew it was "very serious".
"Initially, I thought it might be terrorists or something. It’s been a bit of shock because it’s a really residential area," he said.
