Man who killed mother at Notting Hill Carnival jailed for life

A man who killed a 32-year-old woman at Notting Hill Carnival in front of her three year old child has been jailed for life.

Shakeil Thibou was given a minimum term of 29 years for the murder of Cher Maximen. She was at the carnival with friends and her daughter when she got caught up in a fight involving a group of men.
