Manchester attack declared terror incident

A car and knife attack at a Manchester synagogue is being treated as a terror incident, police have confirmed. Two people have been killed and four others injured.

Counter terrorism officers say the identity of the attacker is known to police but cannot be disclosed due to "safety reasons at the scene".
