The Governor of the Bank of England Andrew Bailey has been reacting to the alleged leaking of confidential information by Lord Mandelson to Jeffrey Epstein during the Global Financial Crisis.
Mr Bailey was speaking after the Bank of England left interest rates on hold but with the expectation of cuts to come later this year.
