
On tonight’s ITV Evening News:
A manhunt has begun tonight for an asylum seeker who’s been accidentally released from prison – after he was jailed for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.
Hadush Kebatu – who came to the UK from Ethiopia – was due to be deported and was supposed to be moved to an immigration detention centre.
Also on this evening’s programme:
• The asylum hotel employee who was stabbed to death by one of the guests. Her family say their will be no end to their grief.
• Labour loses in Caerphilly – for the first time in a century.
