Mannheim: Germany car attack kills at least two

A car has driven into a crowd in Germany, killing at least two people and seriously injuring several others.

The driver, a 40-year-old German man, was arrested. A prosecutor says he appears to be psychologically unwell and to have driven into the crowd on purpose.
