Now, Marina Abramovic’s anthology of endurance is centre stage at London’s Royal Academy – the first time in the academy’s 250-year history that its main galleries have been devoted solely to a female artist.
The exhibition was postponed for three years due to Covid – but it finally opened to the public this weekend.
