France’s far-right National Rally leader Marine Le Pen on 10 June invited ‘men and women of good will, who are patriots’ to help her party obtain a majority in the upcoming parliamentary elections. Le Pen said she met various officials, including the far-right party Reconquête’s executive vice-president, Marion Maréchal. Le Pen added that the National Rally’s president and lead candidate in the EU elections would be prime minister if her party obtained a majority.
