NATO chief Mark Rutte has told Sky News it is up to Vladimir Putin to "live up" to his words and come to the negotiating table with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
He said so far Putin had not followed up on his comments to Donald Trump that he was "open" to direct talks with the Ukrainian leader.
The idea of holding a meeting between the two leaders came after talks between Trump and Putin in Alaska.
