'Martyn's Law' has returned to parliament for its second reading

29-year-old Martyn Hett was one of the 22 people killed in the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017.

Mr Hett’s mother, Figen Murray, has since been campaigning for The Terrorism Protection of Premises Bill, better known as Martyn’s Law. This would make it mandatory for venues and local authorities to have preventative action plans against terror attacks.

Ms Murray spoke to Sky’s Sarah-Jane Mee about how this law has returned to parliament to be debated for a second time. She says "eight years is long time to wait for legislation".
