In Hong Kong a massive fire has engulfed a housing complex. Local media say one person has suffered severe burns and several others are trapped inside the building. Bamboo scaffolding fixed on the outside of the towers is fueling the blaze. There are two thousand residential units in the complex, which is located in the city’s Tai Po district.
