Fatima Bosch Fernandez had walked out in protest earlier in the competition after a Thai official berated her in front of other contestants after he claimed she had failed to attend promotional events.
And on Wednesday Miss Jamaica Gabrielle Henry was taken to hospital on a stretcher after falling off the stage during the evening gown round.
