The head of MI5 has revealed that overall, his intelligence service and the police have disrupted 43 "late-stage" terrorist plots since March 2017.
Ken McCallum also told the media the UK faced "plot after plot" from Iran and an increased threat from "Putin’s henchmen".
Meanwhile, a growing number of children are involved in UK terrorism – making up 13% of all those investigated.
