The outgoing chief of MI6 has said Vladimir Putin has no interest in peace with Ukraine.
Sir Richard Moore was speaking in Istanbul – he also called on Russians to spy for the UK.
He said: "I have seen absolutely no evidence that President Putin has any interest in a negotiated peace short of Ukrainian capitulation. He is stringing us along, because the issue has and has always been sovereignty."
