Michelin-starred chef opened a restaurant in an EV factory

Cory Lee, the chef behind San Francisco’s three-Michelin-starred Benu, opened his latest restaurant, Na Oh, in an unusual location: the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore.
