England have reached their third major final in a row after a last-gasp goal in injury time helped them defeat Italy at the Stade de Geneve.
It was 19-year-old Michelle Agyemang who set the tie level in the 96th minute – a remarkable achievement considering four years ago she was a ballgirl for an England World Cup qualifier.
The Lionesses will now play either Germany or Spain in Sunday’s final.
