Migration numbers to be reduced ‘significantly’, vows PM

The Prime Minister has promised to reduce migration numbers "significantly".

New measures include cutting recruitment of foreign care workers and testing visa applicants and their adult dependents in English. The Government believes this will reduce legal migration.
