Minerals deal: US says Ukraine ‘must sign all agreements or go home’

Ukraine was hoping to sign the controversial rare minerals deal with the United States within the next 24 hours. Economy minister Yulia Svirydenko flew to Washington to meet her US counterpart Scott Bessent.

The Ukrainian parliament will meet tomorrow to discuss the details. But according to the Financial Times, Washington now wants two additional documents to be included, insisting Kyiv must "sign all the agreements, or go home".
