Andrew Bowie, minister for nuclear and networks, has told Sky News that the Conservative Party is still "aiming to win" all three by-elections taking place on Thursday – despite polls suggesting they could lose all three.
Mr Bowie said the Conservative Party is "very proud of our record in government".
But asked what it would say about Rishi Sunak if the Conservatives lose all three, Mr Bowie said: "I’m not going to countenance losing all three – we’re in it to win it."
