The Israeli military had issued a warning at 4am local time to evacuate the building and nearby area. ‘To everyone present in the building marked in red on the attached map and the adjacent buildings: you are located near a facility belonging to the terrorist group Hezbollah, which the IDF will be targeting,’ it said
