More states move toward gerrymandering ahead of midterms

Redistricting battles are heating up ahead of the midterms. Republicans are pushing new maps in North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Florida, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas and Indiana, potentially adding multiple seats. Democrats could gain in California, Illinois, Maryland and Utah, where a judge ordered a map redraw. With control of Congress at stake, every seat will count.
